PRESENTER ATTENDANCE AT THE CONFERENCE

At least one author of an accepted paper must pay the registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper. The corresponding author will be notified until September  11, 2019 of the status of their submission.

Prepare your full paper following the instructions below:

• Paper should have 6 pages maximum length (including the Cover sheet, appendixes and references list);
• Authors should use and follow the instructions of the conference template, available in the conference website;
• The cover sheet should only contain paper title and authors information; the rest of the paper should not contain any reference to paper authors;
• The papers should be written in English (American or British not a mixture); and
• The paper must be saved and submitted in word file (.doc or .docx extension).

Extended abstract and paper submission process, review, and resubmission of paper and presentation should follow the instructions below:

• Access to the EasyChair conference webpage;
• Proceed to the login, using your EasyChair account (if you do not have an EasyChair account, create one through the follow link, after, enter again in the EasyChair conference webpage);
• Click on the “enter as an author” link;
• Fill in the submission form, indicating the corresponding and the speaker author;
• Upload your full paper in word file, confirm all the information; and click on submit;
• After the submission, an acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to the corresponding author (from this point the corresponding author will receive all the correspondence concerning the paper);
• The paper will be submitted to a blind review process;
• An e-mail will be sent with the acceptance decision of the paper, and revision details;
• The paper should be resubmitted again until Month day, 2019 with all revision comments accommodated;
• At least one author of the paper should be registered in the conference (if not the paper will be excluded);
• The presentation should be sent to the conference e-mail, with the subject: Presentation followed by the paper title; and
• Attend to present your paper and enjoy the conference.
